Shipping FAQs
We provide free shipping on all Zoma products delivered anywhere within mainland Britain. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Scottish offshore islands, please contact us for a quote. For orders outside the United Kingdom, customers will need to coordinate with a freight forwarder. (Please note: We can ship to any freight forwarder within mainland Britain for free, but the customer would be responsible for all fees and costs associated with using a freight forwarding service).
Mattresses ordered before 12 noon will be shipped the same day and will be delivered the following business day in most cases depending on location. If your order is placed after 12 noon, it will be shipped the following business day, so delivery will take place two business days after ordering. If you would like to schedule delivery for a particular date, please contact us by sending an email to [email protected] before you place the order or immediately thereafter. You will be contacted by our delivery partner, AIT Home Delivery, a two-person white glow delivery service, the evening before delivery to confirm. The crew will deliver the mattress to your room of choice and will remove your old mattress for recycling if you have booked this option.
Accessories (such as sheets, pillows, and protectors) usually ship within 2 business days of ordering via courier. Once shipped, delivery will take approximately 2-3 business days. Accessories ship separately from your mattresses and/or beds.
Beds ship within 7 business days. Once in transit, they may be delivered in 1-3 business days. We can deliver to addresses in mainland Britain with the exception of Scottish Highlands. Beds arrive non-assembled in several cartons and are delivered to the front door.

Typically, an order will arrive in 2-3 shipments with mattresses and accessories being the first to arrive followed by beds.
You will have to be present to take delivery of mattresses and beds.
Yes, select the option at check-out, and we will pick up your old mattress on delivery of the new one, completely free of charge. We will then recycle it and make sure all materials are made available for reuse, saving the mattress from ending up in a landfill. Please make sure that the mattress is not stored outdoors prior to collection. Please note that used mattresses that are contaminated or a health and safety risk are not eligible for haul away service.
