We provide free shipping on all Zoma mattresses delivered anywhere within mainland Britain. For mattress deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Scottish offshore islands, please contact us for a quote. For orders outside of the United Kingdom, customers will need to coordinate with a freight forwarder.
Shipping Times
Mattresses ordered before 12 noon will be shipped the same day and will be delivered the following business day in most cases depending on location. If your order is placed after 12 noon, it will be shipped the following business day, so delivery will take place two business days after ordering. If you would like to schedule delivery for a particular date, please contact us by sending an email to [email protected] before you place the order or immediately thereafter. You will be contacted by our delivery partner, AIT Home Delivery, a two-person white glove delivery service, the evening before delivery to confirm. The crew will deliver the mattress to your room of choice and will remove your old mattress for recycling if you have booked this option.

Use Zoma beds to give your mattress the sturdy support it needs. Alternatively, use any foundation featuring platform or slatted bases, as long as the slats are no more than three inches apart. If you plan to use an old box spring with your Zoma Mattress, place a 0.75-inch piece of moisture-resistant plywood on top. That provides a solid, even surface for your mattress to rest on.

Most Zoma customers enjoy better sleep beginning their very first night. But, in rare cases, it may take some time to adjust to your new Zoma mattress.
You probably slept on your last mattress for many years – possibly even decades. During that time, your body became accustomed to the support it received. After that much time, any change to your sleeping surface — even an objectively better one — may cause some initial discomfort. That's because your body needs to adjust to the new and improved support before it feels comfortable again.
Don’t worry though. If you don’t love your Zoma mattress, you’re protected by our risk-free, 100-night trial. You can return your mattress after the 30-night mark for a full and fast refund. (Returns initiated within the first 30 nights will be subject to a £79 shipping fee since we require customers to sleep on their mattress during the full 30-day adjustment period.)

To deliver lasting comfort, your Zoma mattress needs proper support. We recommend you use a platform or slatted base, with slats that are no more than three inches (3”) apart and at least half an inch (0.5”) thick.
We don't recommend using a box spring. But please see the next question if you want to anyway.
Both the Zoma Mattress and the Zoma Hybrid are 30 cm thick. Yet both mattresses offer different benefits for different sleepers.
We offer a risk-free 100-night sleep trial with every Zoma mattress purchase. If you don't totally love your Zoma memory foam or hybrid mattress after the first 30 nights, we'll refund you in full and help arrange a pick up and return.
Please note: We do accept returns before the 30-day mark, but all returns within the first 30 days will be subject to a £79 shipping fee. Instead, we recommend taking full advantage of this time to enjoy and adjust to your new mattress.
