Every Zoma Balance Pad delivered within the lower 48 states comes with free
shipping. For orders to anywhere outside of the continental U.S., the customer will
need to select and coordinate with a freight forwarding company. We can ship the
order to any freight forwarding company you choose within the lower 48 states.
Shipping Times
Typically, your Zoma Balance Pad is shipped from our facility within 1 business
days from the time you place your order. Once shipped, it will arrive within 1-5
business days via FedEx. Our Balance Pads do not require a signature and will be
delivered where FedEx usually drops off your packages.
5-Year Warranty
We design our Zoma Balance Pad to deliver better sleep for years, and we back every Balance Pad with a 5-year warranty to ensure you’re covered from sagging and manufacturing defects.
While our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the foam, it does cover visible indentations and sags greater than .75 inches—offering better coverage than most mattress warranties!

Where do you make the Balance Pad?

How do I care for the Balance Pad?
We strongly recommend using a mattress protector with your Balance Pad to shield it from liquid stains and other dirt and germs. After placing your Balance Pad on top of your mattress, you can wrap the entire bed in a protector to keep it safe.
If you need to wash the cover of your mattress pad, you can do so by carefully unzipping and removing it from around the foam. The Balance Pad cover should be washed on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent and air-dried.
How long will it take to get my Balance Pad?
After you place your order, your Balance Pad will ship out from our factory within 3 to 5 business days. Once shipped, it can take up to five business days to arrive. We ship our Balance Pads compressed in a box via FedEx—not only is this more eco-friendly, but it allows for easier transport.
Is the Balance Pad eligible for the 100 night trial?
No. The 100 night sleep trial only applies to our mattresses. The Balance Pad is a final sale product. If you have any issues with your mattress pad, your warranty coverage may apply.
