Zoma mattresses and hybrids come with a full replacement warranty for a period of TEN (10) years. The warranty period begins from the original purchase date of the mattress.
Any time you submit a warranty claim within the TEN (10) year period, we will determine if your Zoma mattress or hybrid will be replaced or repaired due to faulty workmanship or structural defects. This is subject to limitations specified in this warranty. This warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the mattress material or decrease in the recovery characteristic of the foam. These factors do not impact the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress and normally occur during the breaking in of the mattress and do not imply a defect.
This warranty covers deterioration in the cell structure of the mattress materials that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than one inch (1”). The warranty, however, is voided if the sag is caused by the bed’s foundation or platform. Zoma mattresses and hybrids are designed to be used on a solid wood, non-spring, completely flat foundation or bed platform. A box spring may only be used with at least a three-quarter inch (0.75”) sheet of moisture-resistant plywood placed over the entire box spring. If you use a slatted base, the slats cannot be spaced more than three inches (3”) apart. Insufficient substitutions for this material, improper foundations, platforms, box springs, or other bases that the mattress is placed on will void your mattress warranty and all other warranties expressed or implied. In the event of a warranty claim, you may be required to provide photos of the bed or foundation used underneath your mattress.
All warranties contained in this document will not apply if the mattress, foundation, or cover has been damaged, physically abused, burned, saturated with moisture, cut, or torn. In order to place a valid warranty claim, you are also required to keep the law tag (also known as the “do not remove” tag) intact. Any cut or missing law tags will void the warranty entirely. Zoma Sleep reserves the right to refuse any repairs or replacements of any products deemed to be in an unsanitary condition. These warranties are only valid to the original purchaser of the product. If the original purchaser sells, donates, or gives away the product, the new owner takes the product “as is” and “with all faults.” Warranty claims are to be made at the point of purchase directly through the original dealer.

The Zoma Mattress Foundation is backed by a 1-year warranty covering fabric, manufacturing, and structural defects. Should your foundation demonstrate flaws in the workmanship or material, we will repair or replace it for you free of charge.
All Zoma Adjustable Beds come with a 10-year limited warranty. This warranty is split into three parts:
- Year 1: The warranty covers all parts and labor.
- Year 2: The warranty covers all parts but labor and transportation are not covered.
- Years 3-10: The warranty holder receives limited prorated coverage for the adjustable bed’s metal frame (not including its cover, side rails, platform legs, motors, remote controls, or power cords).
All Zoma Pillows, including the Sports Pillow and Body Pillow, are backed by a 10-year full replacement warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing and structural defects.
All Zoma Bedding, including our Tencel Sheets and Recover+ Protector, is backed by a 1-year warranty protecting you from manufacturing defects, such as faulty seams or flaws in the stitching. If your bedding is deemed defective, we will replace your sheet set or protector at no cost.
All other bedding products are not warrantied by Zoma Sleep unless expressly stated on the product page.
