Is the 100-night sleep trial still included with mattress financing?
Yes, our mattresses still come with a 100-night sleep trial if you choose to finance your order. This means you forfeit none of the mattress trial benefits if you opt for a series of payments instead of a single payment at check out. As always, you can return your mattress for a full refund within 100 nights if you’re not satisfied.
Mattress returns are the same for all customers, regardless of how you purchased the bed through us. Simply contact us within the 100-night trial period and we will work with you to process your return request.
Is there a minimum credit score required for financing?
There is no credit score threshold when it comes to financing one of our mattresses. Customers can even receive approval if they lack a credit history. Klarna relies on other criteria in our application process to decide if a customer is eligible for the repayment plans. However, we do perform credit checks for orders over $1,000.
Will choosing Zoma’s Mattress Financing affect my credit score?
It depends on the option you choose. Our Pay-in-4 option through Klarna for purchases under $1,000 will not affect your credit score. However, we do perform a credit check with reference agencies when it comes to approving our longer term mattress financing plans.
This credit check will appear as an inquiry on your credit report and it may impact your score. Other parties will also be able to see this credit inquiry on your report. All monthly financing through a Klarna credit account is issued by WebBank, member FDIC.
What if I can’t make a payment on time?
We understand that life can take unexpected turns and you may find yourself unable to make a payment on time. However, there’s no need to stress as Klarna will work with customers who are experiencing financial hardship. Simply contact them to discuss an alternative repayment plan or deferral options. While we don’t charge interest fees, Klarna does charge fixed late fees for each option. They assess a $7 late fee for late Pay in 4 installments or up to $35 per missed month for longer term plans. If you contact Klarna in advance or in a timely manner, they may offer alternative options to help you with your specific situation.
