Every Zoma Adjustable Bed comes with a three-part 10-year warranty. During your 1st year, the warranty covers all parts and labor. During the 2nd year, the warranty covers all parts but labor and transportation are not covered. Through years 3-10, you’ll receive limited prorated coverage for the adjustable bed’s metal frame (not including its cover, side rails, platform legs, motors, remote controls, or power cords). For any issues, our friendly customer support team is on standby to assist!

We offer free shipping and returns on all Zoma mattresses delivered within the lower 48 states. For orders to anywhere outside of the continental U.S., the customer will need to select and coordinate with a freight forwarding company. We can ship the order to any freight forwarding company you choose within the lower 48 states.
Shipping Times

10-Year Warranty

Along with the Zoma Adjustable Bed, your bundle will include your choice of Zoma mattress. You can choose a Zoma Start Hybrid, Zoma Boost, or Zoma Hybrid mattress in our standard sizes.
Memory foam mattresses, hybrid mattresses and latex mattresses are generally well-suited for adjustable beds. These types of mattresses are flexible and can easily bend and contour to the various positions of the adjustable bed without losing their shape or support.
However, if a mattress is not specifically included in an adjustable bed and mattress combo package, you may want to double-check how suitable it is for an adjustable frame.
Most mattresses can be used with adjustable bases, but it's essential to consider the flexibility and durability of the mattress material. Memory foam, latex, and hybrid mattresses are better suited for adjustable beds as they can withstand frequent bending and movement without compromising their structure and support. Traditional innerspring mattresses and airbeds are less able to flex with the base without incurring damage to their materials.
While there isn't a mattress specifically designated for adjustable beds, some manufacturers produce mattresses with features that cater to adjustable beds. These mattresses often have flexible materials, such as memory foam or pocketed, which can conform to the different positions of the adjustable base without compromising comfort or support. We designed all of our Zoma mattresses to move well with our adjustable base and provide comfort in a variety of elevations.
