Shipping FAQs
We provide standard free curbside shipping to anywhere in the contiguous USA. This can save you hundreds of dollars in shipping charges alone! See the FAQs below for more information.
Mattresses ship as quickly as 3-7 working days (excluding major holidays) via FedEx with curbside delivery. Please refer to the exact product page for accurate shipping times. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 1-5 business days.
Accessories (such as sheets, pillows, and protectors) usually ship within 2-4 business days of ordering via FedEx. Once shipped, delivery will take approximately 2-5 business days. Accessories ship separately from your mattresses and/or adjustable beds.
Adjustable beds ship in 1-3 business days. Once in transit, they typically deliver in 5-7 business days.
Zoma does not offer direct shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, or anywhere else in the world. If you are interested in having one of our Zoma products shipped outside of the lower 48 states, we ask that you please coordinate with a freight forwarder. While we cannot recommend a specific freight forwarder, we can ship to any address within the continental U.S. for free; so, given the necessary information, we can ship any of our products to a freight forwarder of your choosing. From there, it would be up to you to manage shipping arrangements and cover additional shipping costs.
Please note: Zoma Sleep does not ship to APO addresses.

Typically, an order will arrive in 2-3 shipments with accessories being the first to arrive followed by mattresses and finally adjustable beds.
Accessories and mattresses typically do not require a signature for delivery. Adjustable bases always require a signature for delivery.

For most locations, we are unable to offer haul away services for old or used mattresses. For customers in California though, we do participate in California AB-187, which means we’re able to coordinate a free pickup of your old mattress within 30 days of receiving your Zoma mattress. Please call us at 888-400-8856 for scheduling. Please note that used mattresses that are contaminated or a health and safety risk are not eligible for haul away service.
